Tiffany Holman

Tiffany Holman is honored to be joining the dynamic CALE team in the fall for the 2026-2027 school year! Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics and French along with Secondary Education Endorsements in Mathematics and French from Westminster College. She then entered the Teaching Fellowship Program, a partnership between the University of Missouri and Columbia Public Schools, during her first year of teaching to receive her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a literacy  emphasis. Tiffany’s career as an Elementary Classroom Teacher began in 1996 at Fairview Elementary School where she began teaching First Grade in Room #100. After seventeen years in  first Grade, Ms. Holman jumped up to Fourth Grade for five years and then looped into Fifth Grade for four years. After those nine years in the upper grades, Ms. Holman returned to First Grade, Room #100, where her classroom teaching adventure originally began! Tiffany is still getting used to the feeling, but she just retired from Columbia Public Schools in August with over thirty years of enthusiasm, dedication, and pure joy! In fact, if you ever stepped in Ms. Holman’s classroom, you would hear her say that she never felt as though she was going in to “work,” but rather “playing school” each day with her students. Throughout her journey in the classroom, Tiffany grew a deep passion for hosting and working with pre-service teachers while helping them discover their love for teaching! Post retirement, Tiffany looks forward to the upcoming school year where she will be an Adjunct Instructor for MIZZOU and STEPHENS College! Tiffany feels as though she has the absolute BEST of both worlds this school year as she will be able to continue educating the little gems of our future, as well as guiding our new generation of young educators! On a personal level, Tiffany absolutely loves being a mom to two amazing young men, Nicholas, 23, and Nathan 20, as well as a daughter to her miraculous parents, a sister to the best brother in the world, and a blessed friend to wonderful and fantastic individuals! To CALE Staff and Families, Tiffany is ecstatic to be joining this elite team and family! Thank you for the opportunity! Here’s to a MEMORABLE school year together!
