Julia Seimi

My passion has always been baking, and starting a baking program at CALE is a dream! My background is in Economics and Public Administration - far from the kitchen. I've worked for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, consulted for the Navy, was the Development Director for a small non-profit, and Budget Analyst for Dartmouth College. I have two boys who keep me busy and enjoy helping me in the kitchen. We also love to ski and travel as a family - our way to explore the world and experience all its amazing cultures. Food can bring such happiness, and I can't wait to give all the children at CALE a chance to bake and experiment in the kitchen!
